DWP has messed with my water again. Need help. [Archive]

I need to do a water change on my fry and DWP has messed with me again. Normally the water will come out and test at 7.8 then two minutes later it will drop to 7.2. I have to age it 12 hours to get it back up to 7.6 which is what my tanks are at. Now the water comes out testing at 7.8 and then drops to 6.4. It has almost been 24 hours and it is not rising. How can I raise the ph so that I can get clean water to my fry?
