72837i have a tank like this brand itself its called Rs Electrical B80.. with top filter (it comes with white fibers as a stock media)... what is the best media i can use and anything else i can use to improve its effect???

you don't need CARBON.. rule that out..

filter floss type, some type of BIO MEDIA *holds bacteria* and OR SPONGES..

go with any of those.. you don't need carbon.. stick with ceramic rings or sponges.. or both :)
