micron filters, does anyone use them?

my feet are wet, just got my first batch of discus. (from kenny) does anyone use a HOT magnum 250 as a 2nd, or 3rd filter? im using it for water polishing, and want to know if it improves water quality for discus tanks. after all its water quality water, quality as im learning!

I love my Magnum 250 HOTs. I use them 24/7 on all my larger tanks. I depend on WC to keep my water quality up to par. I depend on the Magnums to keep the water crystal clear.
