I just bought a 100g plastic stock tank for livestock to age water in at the local farm and fleet store for $73. I was wondering what everyone else used to age their water in?

I bought a 100G from plasticmart.com a few years ago that was on sale and free shipping. That has worked out well for me.

I use a 100 gallon plastic tank purchased from home depot, it is like a sprayer tank seen in the back of pickup trucks. The unit has a hose bib, which I attach a short hose, then to a Wayne transfer pump, which is connected to drinking water quality hose. A very simple operation, I have two heaters placed inside the tank along with a Submariner UV filter to prepare the mixture of RO & Tap water, before making my changes.

As long as it's new you should be OK.

I also use food grade 55g drums.

I use a 55 gal emergency essentials water barrel (high polyethylene). it's used to store water in long term and does't leach any chemicals. Its a simple set up, for small systems like my 20 qt 30 and 110. I have a 250 watt jager in it with an airstone and use a quiet one 3000 pump (suggested by RichT). I LOVE this pump, its amazingly quiet, small, reliable, affordable, and POWERFUL:whip:

AND it only costs 80 dollars with shipping, usually water storing barrels are expensive plus shipping is $$$ due to their size. I bought it on amazon and it shipped to my house with in 2 days!
