Where should I order a tank from? I have an apartment and I would like 60X24X24 or 30" height. Glass Cages lists these as stock sizes but they have many bad reviews on the internet. I have not seen any other listings for these sizes so I might have to go custom. Any advice or ideas? I want 24" width to allow fish to swim from front to back as well as swim the length of the tank. I will have a planted tank with a lot of space in front for feeding and easier (Not easy) cleaning.

Are you specifically looking for Acrylic? Or glass?

I think glass because it does not scratch easily but I am open minded. What about "Starlight Glass" (I think that is the name of it), it has less iron in the glass and transmits color better?

I know they don't show them online a lot or in stores but I believe any petsmart or petco you can have them order the tank for you. Just go in and ask them and they should be able to get you a price then order it.

We bought a 120 from Glasscages and have been 100% satisfied. It has starfire glass and I personally love it. I am in favor of supporting small business owners and thoroughly enjoyed driving to the truck stop and standing in line with others waiting to pick up their builds. If you search "glasscages" on this site you will find more positive feedback.

Got my custom tank from http://www.miraclesaquariums.com/ They are in Canada, but were cheaper then all other US custom builders at the time....with freight too. Not to mention the praise by the reefing community for Miracles is second to none. I believe two of us on this forum now have Miracles Aquariums. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the possibilities that they can produce are endless. I believe they call the low iron glass Starphire, I got it on 3 sides of my tank really clear glass. I went with Miracles mainly because of what the reef community says about them (and the reefers are always going for the best), and because I don't trust glasscages one bit....wayyyyyyyyy to many horror stories for me, and the level of customer service I've heard first hand when a friend tried to go through them turned me off. Not to mention the sloppy silicone jobs I've seen from them. Maybe they've changed, I don't know....but they lost my business long ago.

You might also try http://www.elosusa.com/ Some of the best tanks out there. Not sure if they do custom, but you might find a size close or something...just an idea. I'd still recommend contacting http://www.miraclesaquariums.com/ by email and getting a free quote, won't hurt. Search Miracles on Reef Central too, you will see other tanks from them.

Both of these builds are tanks from Miracles:
