New here and New To Discus

Just found my way here from another site and gonna introduce myself and ask a question or two,

I currently have a 10x2x2 with a 5x2x2 sump. It currently full of cichlids. Dollars / Oscar / FH / red Terror / Green Terror ect.

Im thinking of emptying it and planting it out to keep discuc as a big show tank in my front room.

Ive never kept them before but want my tank to have a wow factor with lots of plants and bog wood. I guess I will ask

- How many discus can I keep ?
- Other tank mates ? I like clown loaches but also have a royal and green phantom plec. Can they be added ?
- Can I just use tap water ?
- Is 40% a week w/c good enough ?
- Best place to buy Discus in the UK ?

On top of my big tank I also have smaller tanks with Giant Gourami / Fahaka Puffer and a butti.
