Without a doubt the biggest Raffle NADA has had to date and we indeed owe Hans a big Thank You. Hans is not going to be able to join us for the Show in Atlanta and we are terribly upset about that. It just won't be the same without him!! Even though Hans won't be able to attend his presence will definitely be felt. Before Chad and I really had a chance to get started with the planning Hans was already in touch with me asking what he could do to help. He made some introductions at the ACA last year that led to us securing the tanks for the Show. And now he has generously made this huge donation.

Truth be told I had a slightly less than 50% chance of winning the last auction. ;)
A roughly $600.00 dollar toss of the coin if you will. It only alterred the odds of anyone else that had previously bought tickets for the raffle if the raffle would have closed without selling out, a scenario that shouldn't happen. ;)

Now, I won't blame them anything, things can happen, but the question is do you want to put a friend in that position? I won't, my friends are too dear to me.

Tickets not sold yet???? Let's sweeten this deal a little, each pair (1st and 2nd) will come with a can of 90%+ hatching rate Brine shrimp eggs. I'm sure you can use this with those Stendker pairs,

I know its been a while but here are the two fish I picked up from Hans after winning the raffle. All they do is lay eggs. And they do hatch but haven't gotten any fry from them yet.

Kraig 20 high and when I see the babies go all over the tank, I make by the next batch that goes free swimming the tank even smaller, about the size of 2 Discus and 150~200 fry lol lol
Till they attach and move the divider every day a little till I can remove it complete.

A lot of pairs are now in a 1/2 of the 65 only to get them proven



I have mine in a 20.

And................... it worked lol lol lol

I agree. I have many 20 high for breeders in the fish room. But none in our section of the tri- plex where we sleep. So I stuck them in a 29 as I have many empty. I appreciate the lesson though.
