Saving those important PMs

How many times have you meant to keep a PM only to discover you accidentally deleted it while making room in your full mailbox? Well I've discovered a very low tech solution to help not lose someone's phone number, address, etc. that so far hasn't failed for me. The key for me was making those PMs standout somehow, but how do you do that? What I accidentally discovered is that I really notice the yellow forward arrow when it appears on a PM. Once I saw that, I went through and found those 4 or 5 important PMs and forwarded them to myself. Now those little buggers jump right out at me when I'm going through and slashing and burning PMs to make room and I haven't lost a one since I started using the process. Hope it works for you.
