Would you ever consider making something similar based off of a picture of my discus? But not too similar so that it might be confused with the awards at NADA because, I do not want to take away from what people earned. If yes, how much would you charge?

Thank you all for the compliments. Very sorry but I cannot accept commissions for the remainder of the year. I have 108 fish to finish up this season and after that I'll be taking a massive break! A special thanks to Jerry Baer. It must be known that Jerry is responsible for being the very first person to ask me if I could make fish awards. The idea of doing such a thing had never occurred to me. Since then I've been buried alive in fish making to the point of having to occasionally turn work down. You've created a monster Jerry! (and for that I thank you again).

Your welcome Jim, but I didn't realize I made your business that busy. Several years ago I saw Jim selling cichlids in the merchandise section of aquabid. I thought if he made discus they would look great on our award plaques. He said he doesn't make discus, and I said I need 20, so he said then I will make them. We put them on the NADA awards at the 2006 Chicago ACA. Our awards were nicer than than what the ACA gave out. So besides NADA I know the ACA has bought off of Jim a few times and so has some other fish clubs, since he can make a whole assortment of fish.
