Lighting ?????????

hello everyone i have a ve noob questios. i have a 75 g planted discus aquarium and and i bought a t5 light housing with led, here comes th question im runing a flora sun 54w
10k 54w and a ocean sun 54w aswell is this too much lighting or not enoght for my fish or and plants, am i using bulbs im not suppuse to be using please help
