I'm originally from WNY. Salamanca/Ellicottville area. I don't know of anyone local that sells.
You can check with Steve Rybicki of AngelsPlus. He lives in Olean. He sometimes has discus.
If I was coming up soon I would bring you some, but not til the winter.
