What do you all think of this as a planted discus tank. It's my first planted tank and I have no idea which plants look good with what... This is the first draft.

Green is plants ofcourse, where one name is written there could be many plants. The name just marks the general area where I'm thinking of putting them.
Brown equals sand (with fluorite underneath)
Red is driftwood (not in that necessary shape, I haven't bought it yet :P)

Your drawing of the set-up looks good. Give it a go.

Thanks, I was really eager for some feedback and I'm really glad it's positive :P
I had to reseal the aquarium..... So hopefully I've gotten it fixed and I'll set it up ASAP I'm excited to see how it will look

My experience with lots of planted tanks is decide what plants you want to have. I think its better to not have to many different plants in the beginning. Take a look at some YouTube vids there are thousands of them to get some ideas. Your initial planting layout may change as plants grow and you see how they do. So that layout looks good to start but I'm sure you will change it many times as the plants grow.
