Hi all, i am thinking this is nothing to worry about, but whoelse to go to for advice but the pros.
while doing a WC today and minding my own business, my BD decided to run into the tubing that i use to syphon out the water. i am glad it caught his Dorsil fin instead of his body.
please look at the Pic and tell me i have nothing to worry about that Daily WC's will not heal. thanks for the help and this forum.

I believe you will be o.k.. and no pro here. Thats for Hans and Andrew Soh.. But I think if you add a dosage of Stress Zyme or similar produce to your w/c for a few days it will assist the rebuilding of your fishes body slime. A kind of protective shield against invasive bacteria.
Just an opinion.

Its fine, keep the water quality pristine and it will be just fine.

You're right, with healthy size daily WCs you'll probably not be able to see any damage in no time. Just keep a close eye on it and post back if it starts looking worse, the wound gets whitish, etc. Even then there's a simple procedure that can be done with iodine directly on the wound so you don't have to medicate.

Thanks everyone, that is what i thought but wanted to be sure i didn't need to do something else. Funny, So i need to do more of what caused the issue to begin with.:D

That happened to me but my syphon got his eye. Mine turned out just fine.
