Can't see anything unussual from those blurry photos Kfactor.
How does it behave and eat other than alleged eye issue ?
He eats good and acting normal all just keep up with my 50% wc and see how it goes all try to get a better pic as well

Keep up with large, frequent water changes. It solves a lot of problems!
Good luck, Willie
This looks like a gas bubble to me on this s
last photos Kfactor. But I wonder why and how it got there?
Do you age your water prior WC ?
Can that be a trapped gas bubble from doing large Straight - tap/ unaged WCs ?
I would try Epsom salt baths first to see if it helps in expelling that bubble out . No harm in trying that anyway .
I age and heat / airerate my water to temp for 24hrs befor adding it to tank . Her is a better pic I got today it’s starying to scare me abit don’t want nothing to happen to my guy Attachment 119002Attachment 119002
Should I qt him and try epsom salt bath ?
I think it looks like theres some swelling around the eye...with your water quality being good, I think it likely a bacterial infection that got established. The swelling was not very noticeable when you first posted but its definitely getting worse not better. I would definitely quarantine. I would also pick up some kanamycin or maracyn 2 and treat the fish. I don't think it will get better on its own.
