Agree with Skip - your setup is probably better for a single betta. I keep mine the same as Skip changing 100% every 2-3 days right now.

Skip I use to keep my Betta's in those jars also but after a while the plastic would get cloudy so I switched over to glass jars. I get them at Sprouts Farmers Market here in Phoenix for $5.00 each.
George.. i would luv glass.. but i dont' want round corners or jars.. i found a gallon aquarium.. its $12.. or i am going to subdivide 20 longs..
I take photos of mine in a square glass container but keep them in glass jars because I like how easy it is to clean. I spawn them in 10 gallon tanks half full then as the fry grow I add water until they are ready for a larger tank. Maybe go to a glass shop and see if it is reasonable have some glass cut and make your own square tanks.
I divided a 10 didn't come out too bad. Attachment 76643
It looks good Jamie, job well done.
Jaime.. i have my Contest fish in 20 g.. probably going to move them.. into 40b.. so i can 3 or 4 20g to subdivide..
Go Skip! I just got a bunch of stuff to use as dividers...project for later. Going to make one with black dividers and one with white to see which I like better!
