Doing Daily water changes @ 75%
Feeding Bill's Super Beefheart Flake, Tetra color granules, Al's Freeze Dried Blackworms
The Big guy has doubled in 4 months to over 5 inches

Started adding Krill and shrimp to the groups diet, targeting the Scarlet for color enhancement and after just 2 days starting to show more red.

very beautiful discus, I like your tank with all the potted plants as well.
Thanks jmf, different method to add a little bit of something to the tank without getting away from the barebottom. still easy enough to clean and plants seem to be thriving even with the continuation of daily water changes.
Changed some things around today, took plants out and replaced with some Manzinita wood.
Big Red is now 6.25 inches and lookin pretty good.
I have noticed many of the others are beginning to catch up to him though.;)

All these guys are doing well, I have changed their WC routine to 75% every other day about a month ago.
only feeding about 3 times a day now as well. just seemed like more and more food being left in the tank and thought it was time to cut out a couple feedings.
here is a couple of them, camera not around to get all of them at the moment but took these a couple days ago. I will post the group later.

I remember growing out my juvies to jumbos a year ago. It was fun to see them grow to their full potential (The bigger the tank the more room for them to grow big). You're doing a great job keep it up.
