Your Tefes look very healthy so it looks like Hudson has fed them while he medicated. Their finnage is intact, so they've been in quarantine for quite a while. If weaning them onto dry food is important to you, I don't see why you couldn't do it now. A fish eats more in 10 minutes in your tank than it'll eat for a week in the wild, so malnutrition is not a problem.
I've seen altum angelfish kept successfully with discus, both domestic and wilds, mostly in Asia, so I don't think feeding is much of a problem. My altums aggressively feed on their first meal, but are extremely lackadaisical at the second feeding. So I'd think the Tefes will get enough food. Again, they're adults and will not be getting much bigger.
