Discus with wound at around tube.

hello,
I recently bought 1 pair of adult discus, i have some other like 8 discus of sizes around 2-3 inches. but that one pair is in separate tank as per quarantine process. but seems like one of them have a small bulk wounds and looks like fungus around it. i am not sure what is it and never had this problem before. and usually lays flat in bottom or at the top (water level). but do follow another sometimes. is there anyone with same problem.? or suggestion??

PS. 25-30% water change daily, Bare bottom tank with sponge filter and heater temp at 28C
and also there is not much discus keeper around my country as well as shopkeepers doesn't have much info.
so please, help me out here and i will post pic as soon as i am home again.

It would be great if you can fill up the disease questionnaire from this section and put some pics or even better a video from the affected discus.
That way you can get more accurate and useful advices.
