Anyone have an explanation for this, when a discus body begins to become wrinkled. Almost like a raisin but the fish doesnt lose any weight.

Do you have a picture? Not sure what you mean..
How old is the Discus? What temperatures?
Pict would help.

Cant get a pic that shows it well. I spoke to someone about it yesterday, he claims that its nothing and from his experience he has only seen it in orange fish or yellow. He told me what it was called but I forgot already. Sorry, thats no help to the forum lol.
Could just be old age? Same thing occurred with my grandma.
I see it on yellow and albino yellow fish all the time, even young ones at 12 - 18 months old. I imported lots like this. They were healthy, ate well, spawned, and kept their weight. It seems to be something odd with the scales, almost like pearlscale angels but instead of being raised they’re indented, given the impression of wrinkles across the body.
That's interesting Ryan. Just think, if the scales had been raised instead of indented someone would have gotten rich from pearlscale Discus.
I've seen this in solid PB strains...
