Looks like a Snakeskin, possibly a cross or throwback...
The striations are pretty large for a SS but without being able to see the gill plate more clearly I can't rule out SS. I'd call it a blue turk. I like that blue base a lot.
Yeah, I'd like to see a better photo, especially of the gill plate. I suspect it has some wild cross in it. My Snakes have almost identical striations but they are full bodied.
Ah...All my SS's are fine lined. That's why I questioned your answer. We can't be sure without a clear shot of the gill plate.
Whatever it is, I like the color and the pattern.
There's a lot of green in that pic, but they look similar to the tiger snakeskins in the Golden State Discus pics, here:

I looks to have a bit of a beak.
No. The fish in question has horizontal striations. The one from Golden State has vertical striations.
When it comes down to it, I'm not fond of fancy names for the different strains. I prefer to call them what they look like. I'd call it a blue based horizontally striped Turk or SS depending on what the gill plate tells us.
I was thinking Carnation turquoise. I had some from this supplier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=un3l...nadianAquaFarm

Just another fancy name that a breeder named a fish for no apparent reason. I mean, do Golden State's fish in resemble a carnation? If so, I don't see it.
Those were from Forrest shipment. Here is what mine looked like.
