It was raining here yesterday and today, so I took our new dog out on the leash to do her bid-ness. Once we were done I came in and was feeding my fish when I looked down to find this beautiful girl on my leg. Well she was all folded up so I took her outside. She wouldn't fly away, she must have been still wet from the rain, so i put her on my wife's planter and here she is drying out thought I'd share this beautiful butterfly with all who appreciate nature.. As a kid we called those yellow swallowtails the tigers were orange. There’s also black ones.

Thanx everyone, just something that I wanted to get out there and show this all shall pass. We just need to see the better things right in front of us that we sometimes forget. Wish I could find a better lens for my camera thou, I had to get pretty close to my subject and i thought she'd fly away. Jim in Ohio
