first bash of food

Making my first bash of food, this what I am going w/
Beef heart 4 lb
salmon 1 lb
jumbo shrip 1 lb
spinach 1 lb
1,1.5 banana
2,3 ground garlic
baby pea 1 lb
astaxanthin 2tbs
spirulina 2tbs
Vita Chem 10 drops
And maybe 1,2 eggs

But any other recommend,

All good ingredients, but personal l would increase the amount of Beef Heart to at least 6 to 8 lbs
