Freeze Dried White Worms or Frozen Gammarus

Wondering if anyone has had any experience feeding either Freeze Dried White Worms or Frozen Gammarus to Discus?
Not as a staple food or anything, but occasionally. Two foods I have on hand that I haven't tried yet. Or if anyone has an objections to either and why.

I have live gammarus in my sump and occasionally feed those to my discus. They seem to enjoy the hunt.
