Gill disease

In an earlier post I mentioned by discus with HITH and gills inflamed, the HITH looks better since I've been treating with General cure and I was finally able to get a good picture of the gill. He is breathing heavier out of the right side and it is more swollen. While I was doing water change he swam past and I got a really good look at the inside of his gills, extremely red. Maybe this is normal and I never see it since the gills are never open that wide. He is still eating normally, just want some clarification on his condition so I can start treatment for that also.
