I accidentally thawed some scallops and I'm looking for ideas. Does anybody have a good but not too difficult scallop recipe they would like to share? I can also use shrimp and/or steak. Pasta is always good :gossip:

Pan sear scallops & shrimp with olive oil & butter, sea salt, cracked pepper, garlic & red salad onion, add heavy cream & little white wine, reduce and serve over penne pasta...addv some chopped capers if you have them and enjoy their flavour...delish!
This very simple recipe is also fantastic with smoked salmon...
