The heater... it is upside dawn. Even when positioned in the out flow like it should be, it should not be facing down. Believe me, being there done that.

You are correct now that I look at the photo closer it is "upside down" but it is going with the direction of flow from top to bottomQuote:

Guys the flow direction through the heater is correct (I said so in my original post) but the heater is upside down. I have owned three of these, burnt one and damaged another due to this same issue. Blieve me if you want, your money your heater.
