Summer NEDA Party Coming UP!

The summer event is just a few weeks away! The party will be at my house on August 6:

There's lots of room for barbecueing, lawn games and just general catching-up! People are welcome to camp. Bring the kids, and we'll roast up some smores in the fire pit and take a drive down 'tornado alley'. If you have fish you would like to bring for sale, let me know and I can set up tanks for you. I'll have some cherry shrimp, young sterbai corys, and used, steralized, sponge filters, if anyone is interested.

I wish I could go Martha! Sounds like a lot of fun but you are a long drive from me! Have a good time y'all!

hi, I am fairly new to keeping discus and am wondering if the NEDA meetings are open or if you have to be a member. If you have to be a member how can I sign up?

just show up and they will welcome you in.

Martha, What time do you want us to be there? I will take some cory and shrimp if they can live in the same tank :)

I suppose any time after 9:00 am. :) People are welcome to come early and hang out. We can plan on eating late afternoon. I'll make room in the freezer!

I am also interested in some shrimp. would anyone be interested in some stunted practice fish for a small donation to Al? Is anyone bringing discus for sale?

What kinds? Cory's, Shrimp and of course the flavor of the ice cream?

I was going to take some cherry shrimp and young sterbai corys from Martha .

With respect to the flavor of the icecream, I was going to buy Ben&Jerry. Let me know what you want :)

I have decided that due to recent events, the NEDA event will not be held at my house this summer. My apologies to those of you who were planning on attending. Perhaps Rod will still have it at his house.
