Do you check your ph
Do you test for amonium and nitrates
What kind of filtration do you have

Are you sure the fry are dead? Having fry fall off the spawn site is not unusual. The parents will pick them up and spit them back on the spawning site. Have you see the parents doing this?

I agree with Pat in a normal condition but if you are sure the fry are dead it's probably from what appears on the picture is the lack of the adhesive gland production.
