California Blackworm odd occurrence
So, i've read online that wild-caught specimens of California Blackworms can be up to 4 inches long, & 1.5 MM in diameter...
I have been keeping a colony of them in a 20 gallon aquarium for 6 months now and while collecting some for Betty (a female Banjo Catfish), I found a 4 inch long one that wasn't there when i started out with a quarter-pound of them. (At least, I think it is one.)
...Now I just have to figure out how to post an image of it on here.

Here is a link to the photo I took after isolating it into what used to be the container my Glo-betta came in:

(It should automatically download the photo, but I couldn't figure out any other way to link the photo since Im using a phone).

Blackworms grown in a large aquarium can grow up to 4' long (yes, that's 48").

Hi DaguppyBreeda123, your google link does not work. Google wants you to create an account using the link.
I have bought both Ca and Australian blackworms. Both sources are breed domestically. I prefer Australian blackworms because they are harvested when the worms are smaller and the fish seem to prefer the smaller worms.
