I just bought 2 on Amazon they are $44.99 I bough 100 watt pros for $22.00 on eBay go figure. I am good for now but I was hoping for used ones.

Lol nothing worse than a used heater. Even new ones are questionable. Used your just buying someone else’s problem.
I find that the either work not work or stop working new used it does not matter. The only heaters I had so far problems are the Fluval E series I had 4 and 2 failed so I sent back, got replacements DOA. Returned them and now I have 2 that I use as backups for a short emergency since they did not fail yet. But I would not put on full time use. Not one Aqueon Pro has failed yet but I have them with controllers.Quote:
