Too bad we are all at different ends of the country ...lol..i think we'd have a blast hanging out as bunch of beer snobs...i mean beer lovers.:)
This is a pretty good one. Id like more hops in it but still tasty stuff.

I like that as well. For me the more IBU the better. I like the hops in my face lolAttachment 110727
Perfect color on that IPA, looks great. Some of my favorite hop varieties too. The last couple of falls the trend has been single hopped IPA's out here, which is cool because you can get a good feel for the differences between different hop varieties. I have been seeing quite a few unflitered IPA's recently too, which I really like.
This ones a good one...unfiltered so it has some sediment that settles out...much like a homebrew...probably why I like it. Its from Massachusettes...

Love some Darkhorse here in Michigan
Tried this one recently. Was quite tasty. Love a big beer. At over 10% we are creeping up into barleywine territory

So whats your least favorite beer? I have two. I can't stomach wheat beers...just not my thing for many reasons and lite beers. Im sorry. I get the cutting back calorie thing with lite beer but it just doesn't do anything for me. Maybe if there was a hoppy lite I might like it...any one know of any? ...probably not.
How about commercial large scale beers whats you favorite? Id have to say my fav 4 would be guiness ,haffenreffer, miller genuine draft, and heineken. Dont ask why on these...just lots of memories there.
I love wheat beers, well hefeweizen anyway... Al, you should visit Germany, find a nice cafe in a central square on a nice day and try a hefe in that setting, you will fall in love :)
Different strokes for different folks!
My least favorite kind of beer is lite beer, Heineken, and anything aged in a bourbon or wine barrel. The only time I have enjoyed lite beer is on business travel in China... Snow Beer, Qingdao, and Taiwan beer are pretty refreshing.
