Money saver for owners of multiple dogs

I have 10 dogs and I use Nexgard for fleas. It's a prescription drug. The vet charges $25. for a single dose! What an abomination! I buy mine from this supplier in Australia that requires no scrip and it costs 1/2 as much. Shipping only takes a week. I buy the huge dog size and cut it up for the small dogs. Liz I don't know if this is a crazy question or not but is there any differences in the ingredients for the product sold in Australia compared to the one sold here the US? The only reason I ask is I'm thinking that maybe their pest insects respond better to different repellents than our native pests do. My family has two shih tzus and anyway to save money compared to the frontline or whatever product my mom got this time would be great news to her.
