His fish are over price, I bought a altum flora from him a year ago 5" for $168+ tax. The fish didn't grow much and didn't reach 6". I sold the fish for $75 to a local guy.
His prices have come down over the years he use to be way over priced when I was heavy into discus .. His fish was heathy his packing was below average imo better places to get discus unless he is right around the corner from you
Even if he's close to me, I would never buy from him ever again. His fish is about average and his price come down a little because he needs to compete with other seller. Besides I have to restrain myself for buying more fish, I have way too many fish already actually I need to unload a lot of my stocks.
I have bought many fish from Tony, many times during the last ten years. I was very satisfied with ever order. I find he will work with you on price if you buy a medium to large group. He is very nice and has always done exactly what he said he would do. As far as quality goes, his quality is above average in my opinion, most the fish are WYSIWYG so if the fish looks bad to you don't buy it. Just like anyone bringing in fish, quality varies shipment to shipment. I have never had a fish come in the least bit weak or sick. Oh, the fish in my avatar are from him, before my simply days.

I had a great experience purchasing discus from Tony in 2013. He shipped me three gorgeous rafflesias for a very fair price to NC in cold December. He was extremely nice over the phone.Quote:
