Trucks playing in their Natural Habitat
As a watcher of wildlife I have learned where to find various critters at different times of year and in different habitats. Today while out running errands I noticed some prime truck habitat. The weather was perfect too... heavy rains always seems to bring them out by the droves..

It really does pay off when you take the time to learn about your subject matter with wild life photography. :)

Very cool shots Al. My area specifically gets flooded very easily. The sewer system was very poorly constructed considering we live in a valley and as soon as it starts raining, no matter how light, our streets look like your above pictures. Love that first truck though. It has that look of "here to save the day" truck lol.

Re: Trucks playing in their Natural Habitat
The utility truck was pretty cool to watch.. it tried to head up along side of the building but had to back out...we had a bad ice storm a few days ago and bitter cold ..grounds frzn.Today was 50 and pouring... melted all the surface ice but the grounds still frzn...so the water has no where to go.
The little creek in my backyard...

Cute but cool thread Al. I must admit that taming my truck took about a year...it does not buck anymore and makes a decent photography platform. :D
