September 7 Presentation

Dr. Anthony Mazeroll, a Professor of Biology and Environmental Studies at Soka University (California) will speak to the Minnesota Aquarium Society on Thursday, September 7 at 7 PM (Central). His topic is "Science vs the Hobby". In addition to his day job, Dr. Mazeroll heads the Amazon Research Center for Ornamental Fishes and works in the area of Amazon sustainability.

Dr. Mazeroll is also a wild discus fanatic, as witness a panel from his website, www.amazonresearchcenter.org. No guarantee that wild discus will be part of his presentation, but I plan to work it into the Q&A.
