Question about fin regeneration .....does the color come back?

I have a discus that has a dorsal fin which is regenerating nicely, but I don’t see the color and pattern. The regenerated part is almost translucent. Will the pattern and color come in eventually ?

Do the Doral fin look like cellophane, no frickels, no
black just plane clear?
Any pictures?

yes its just plain clear where the dorsal fin is regenerating I will try to get a pic
