These guys continue to do well despite me being in Melbourne almost daily. My updates have also gotten inconsistent. I think if I counted my updates I could "technically" be out of the contest.

Largest SS of the group. Same length wise of the two turks but taller.

I have several which look like they could be red-based.

I realized that the six month measurement is due next week. Here's a video of the growout crew.

Wow Pat, they are so perfect! You should be very proud of what you’ve done with these beauties.

Really nice job of growing them out Pat !!!
Good looking group to start a fun adventure.

It's normal for reporting to slow down at this stage of the competition as growth starts to slow down. Moreover, you have one hell of a batch! so beautiful!
Love seeing those bulging tummies Pat. Hope your mom is doing better
They have grown to look very nice Pat .
I especially like the fact that they got very light blue colours on them unlike my dark Stendker SS and their shape is also very nice. Great job so far Pat and a potential competition winner discus IMO .
Here are some pics taken tonight with the camera vs the cell phone. Doing well and still have all 10. A measurement shot is due this week.

They look great Pat . I can't wait for the contest measurements this week . i notice one discus that resembles to what it's called Brilliant turq. as opposed to SS s and the regular looking red turq in the last picture .
Does this mean that Al got 3 different phenotypes in this batch having brilliant turqs too ?
The following pictures are the six month measurements. The first three pics are the largest three fish which is the largest SS and the only two turqs. The SS seems larger because I think it is a high-bodied fish. The fourth picture is one of the two smallest fish. I suspect they could be a bit small for their age.
