I need a plant guy/gal as a moderator...

Hello,
Need to find one or two Mods for this section. Interested members should pm for details.
Briefly,
1) Must be open to working with me. I am not difficult to work with, usually.:)
2) Must know aquarium plants in great detail, and must be accomplished at keeping them.
3) Must have time to dedicate to the further development of the section on a volunteer basis. I have ideas, I need people power:)
4) Must really Like SimplyDiscus and want to help drive its future. Must be able to enforce forum rules as per our operating procedures and under guidance of Admins.Trolls need not apply!:)
5) Must be able to help others with planted tank issues and questions on a regular basis.
6) Must consider themselves both a planted tank keeper and Discus Hobbyist.
7) Must be able to deal with many personalities and opinions in a level headed fashion.
8) Must be open to working with me. I am not difficult to work with, usually.:)

Lot of "musts" I know.. But I am looking for people that have a particular skill set.
