:D congrats Len
Pulling for you to see attachment Len...especially given it's that pair.
I'd like to show the swarm of wigglers but I'm trying not to hover around them too much. There are many eggs that didn't hatch, but the number of did is still massive. I didn't expect she could lay as many as she did this time.
Nice! Good luck with them Len!
The fry were starting to attach with pair 1 when I left for work this morning. Will see what happens later today. Progress at least :)
Very nice! Maybe they are ready this time :)
Happy for you Len and crossing fingers for tonight.
Good luck with them.
Great thread. Good luck this time! I have enjoyed following your progress..
Well the fry are swimming on the parents backs now. It doesn't look like it was a very large number that did attach, but I'll know for sure a little later. It's too difficult to see this time of day with the sun coming into the room and glaring on the glass. Either way, it's progress so maybe future spawns will go smoother. I won't take any pictures or video just yet but after they are settled in for a day or so I'll see if I can't get something to post :)
Len, attachment may not be done. Congrats on your progress so far.
Thanks Pat. It shouldn't take more than 12 hours should it?
It generally takes a day for the Tefe's. I have read on the forum that domestics can take longer. Honestly I do not have enough experience to say anything useful. I have been told by my wilds mentors attachment takes between 1 to 4 hours.
