Default Slight fin deterioration (fin rot??)

    Water is at 6.3-6.6 ph
    temps are at 83-85F
    Nitrates 30
    Nitrites 0
    Ammonia 0
    Gh 75
    Kh 20
20% water changes every 3 days (rebuilding cycle)
Bare bottom 60 gal 3 discus 2.5 inches
    2 sponge deep blue 40
    Emperor 400 bio hob

Discus in question is lowest on the pecking order and is getting chased once in awhile but eats very aggressively (live black worms soaked in garlic guard for 5mins) this discus has a slight tail fin deterioration don't know if its fin rot or not but fish has no other signs currently of any dieseases. Other discus in main tank show no signs of stress or diseases. Don't know if I should pull him out and treat with some QC or to leave in main tank and let him heal naturally. Afraid to lose him

trim soft rays of fins with scissors to just below damage, not whole fin just V add 1 tbs salt per 10 for a few days

I've had a few Discus with some of the fin no there anymore. I did 3 water changes and they were all full again.
