Hi Paul, the solid and centerbars are about 5 1/2 inches and there are two suspected males who are maybe an inch longer so 6 inches or so. Not huge but nice.
Pat

I am Paul but I bought them that size lol.
You guys aren't going to believe this but have two Cuipeua bowing in the big tank...woohoo.
Wow Pat, whats your water like again? LOL Congrats I hope you get eggs!! Is it a Royal and a Plain center bar? Just curious if there might be any truth to the rumor that one sex is usually more royal.

I believe it Pat, that 230 has the mojo in it
Mark
A big congratulations Pat! I excited for you.

Thanks guys, uploading a video now. Mark, this the big Hudson male and one of the Hudson solids with the slight centerbar but it was sold as a solid. The "female" looks a bit beatup and is the one shimmying.
23 minutes on the upload
Pat, do you upload directly from your camera? If so, I find it goes a lot faster if I put the videos on my pc first and then upload from there.

Ok guys, note the dark tails.
Nice Pat, they are definitely considering it Nice black tails, and I especially note the one on the far left showing the back 4 bars more prominently. I'd be curious to know if they turn their bars white when defending their chosen territory against intruders. Mine do that, but I don't know if it's just a quirk with them or if it's normal behaviour.
