They are going to be getting moved tonight and started with the pro more supplement to see if that sparks anything.

BSS are spawning as I type. I haven't seen a pair spawn this early in the morning. The male looks like he's doing a much better job this time. Blue pigeon blood pair has wigglers and should be free swimming tomorrow very nice size clutch. And the BDs.....well it appears the suspect male is a female. Got a look at her breeding tube the other night. So hopefully I suck at sexing discus and the suspect female is a male.

So much for the trailer theory on that one. Guess that's why I prefer sexing fish when they're spawning. Hopefully we're both wrong and you do get a pair out of them.

On my cobalt pair, both have trailers,so I gave up on that awhile ago.Only trust what my eyes see when they're laying, and still not to sure of that, lol.

So tonight I had to seperate the PB parents and remove fry as dad had become violent. The fry got moved over with the BSS fry as the is only two days seperating the two spawns. I've found that non PB strains are much easier Here is a video of the BSS parents with fry.Enjoy! http://i1051.photobucket.com/albums/...ps99d37e49.mp4

    Brandon,

They are looking great. How many would you say the BSS are carrying on their back since to combined the fry?

LOL If I were to guess I'd say 200+ It's just the Dad in there now. Mom got a court order to move out bc of domestic violence.

Roflmao. I had a pair like that, that I named Ike and Tina. They only ever raised 8 fry because they did not want to be left alone with the fry but they hated each other.
