I remember reading that plecos will show light patches at times. If they are not raised or fluffy white patches, should be fine.
Problem
1. Please explain the problems with your fish/when and how they started
recently got a golden nugget pleco, not sure if anything is wrong i just noticed this morning he has some light "blotches" on his body.

possibly a stress thing? i noticed it comes and goes
2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/ white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds)

3. What medications/ treatments that you have already tried and results. Include dosages and duration of treatment.

looks normal for a pleco they can lighten, darken depending on surroundings and mood. My L213 ancistrus can be blotchy at times
definitely not raised or anything, im soaking a new piece of driftwood for my main tank, by the time thats ready ill plop the pleco in as well, hopefully won't be as stressed. Thanks guys
