So what can 314 one month old babies do to a parent in 12 hours......

This spawn was decent size but they have been eating BH for a long time and really have not been eating off of the parents much. I am a little short on tank space right now. I should not complain I have 16 75 gallon tanks running but they are all full. I have 8 others that I need to repair or plumb in.....anyway since the parents have not been showing any signs of stress I have not worried to much about it. Now that deer season is over I will be home on the weekends and planned on pulling the fry on Saturday. Looks like I pushed my luck to far...LOL. The fish will heal up fine but her days as a show fish are probably over.....

Looks like it took a litte damage to the hard rays......I had this happen to one of my goldens, no other damage, just the tips of two-three hard rays which I found odd.....

Yep and I just came from the fish house and they are cleaning the damned breeding cone as we speak....LOL.

Connection from home is too slow to really upload pics but here is what they were doing last night......I really was serious about them back on the cone. If they spawn in the next day or so I guess I will move the eggs to another pair.
