    Default Removing Cone?

After you have attachment, are we removing the cone?It seems to give a focale point, structure, but I dont want to incourage spawning.I know,if they really want to,they have the sides.I was using upsidedown orchid pots for awhile, and they were kinda big,so I would take them out,but with proper cones, not so big.Mostly using 20h,a couple of 29's.

    Bill,

One thing I noticed with my Carnation pair is, when I take the female out after they get to attachment stage, the male occasionally scoots them back on the the cone when he gets hungry. I will video this next time I see it. They stay on the cone until he swims back to them then they attach themselves to him again. For this reason I have always left cones in until I felt they needed the room to swim.
