Oh Paul if you ever want recipes just shoot me and pm man! I will warn you I cook by ratios and never really measure too much. I can explain through pm if you'd like. Wish you lives close then is just show you.

I too have a new diet. I have not told anyone one here yet but about three weeks ago I was heart attack symptoms so I went to the doctor. So now I'm on a no carb, so salt, low sugar, no tobacco and no alcohol diet. This is killing me. I'm sticking with the carbs and cutting back on alcohols. Tobacco I have fallen again and I'm back on that horse as of about 5 seconds ago and salt I back in too. Pm me or send a message on Facebook if you'd like to know more or tell me about your new diet. I think I could benefit from yours pretty well!

Oh my gosh Brandon, I totally missed this post! Just caught it today when I was considering adding more pics and another update on my FlachenSS.

So sorry to hear about your heart symptoms. I hear you on the difficulties of starting a new diet plan and sticking with it. I'm gonna go do a thread about my Paleo plan now and list the benefits and some links as well. It's a healthy diet that you can actually stick with and not feel like you're missing out on all the "goodies" in life. =)

I can believe it. Out of 15 adult fish I have grown, only 4 turned out to be female.
