tank sprung leak, caring for five discus plus clowns never tried a forum. been in the aquarium hobby, and had three different community tanks without trying, now going deep for discus, in six years but first time time taking care of discus and really trying to make it work.
I have 150 g tank, Sprung a leak, lost seventy percent of water, though still being filtered by an FX5 filter plus a larger sponge filter. Can i repair?

Go on you tube, research re-sealing tank, will show you how to srip out old silicone and re-seal.You have to do whole tank, new silicone cant adhear to old silicone. Not a quick fix, you'll need a holding tank of at least a week for your fish, maybe longer. In a pinch you could get some Brute garbage cans and use them.HTH.
