A new thread from Pat? Better post before this becomes a monster thread and get lost in it. :-)
Love the stand and yes, fish too.
I made mention of getting a new 90 gallon for the F1 Cuipeua in the "Wild Tefe Spawn" thread. I set it up yesterday in the foyer and moved the F1 Cuipeua to it with their bio-media in a AC 100. I will be adding the sump to this tank soon. As you can see the Cuipeua are not happy being bunched around the wood. They are not use to the brighter light from the sun coming in the front door. Also many of the wood pieces are still floating. The heater position is temporary.
The tank is not complete yet. Needs a background, lights etc.
I gave them a small amount of flake and they moved out a little looking for the food.

Look at all that color! Aren't these the one's you were complaining about?
They are bigger than I thought! It will be great to see them out and about.

Anik, on the complain thing I was being a brat. They should be out and about in a day to two. Going from ceiling lights to natural daylight is a bit of a change for them. They were out and about last night with only the ceiling lights on.

Lol. I know. Thought it was funny. They really DO look great, though. I am sure they are going to be loving their new home. What background are you planning for them?
Sounds to me like pretty soon you will have a tank to look at anywhere you sit in the house. I was just jokingly pointing out an empty corner to my hubby today. I mentioned that another tank could go there. He instantly moved a chair into it.

Anik, a simple painted background. Considering a soft sage green. So this tank is in the foyer, there is one in the living room and the big tank in the family room so almost one in every room. Refuse to add any to a bedroom however. I do want to stay married lol.
This new 90 was Tom's idea ...not mine.

This guys are starting to settle. They are still not in their full color. Also they are 11 months old and from Mark's second spawn last year.

Nice fish Pat! Can't wait to see them develop more!
Nice fish Pat. You have a very nice group of wilds. Will be keeping tabs on their development.

While the base color is still lite as sub-adult they are showing a bit more red.
This first fish is a lovely fish but it's gill cover was injured as a juvie. Just cannot bring myself to cull it.
Couple of group shots

Why would you need to cull it?

Some folks would consider it a defect.
