Is this multi-vitamin ok to be put in Beef Heart Mix for Discus

Hi,

I made a Beef heart mix for my Discus and put in the multi-vitamin Becadexamin (4 capsules) for about .5 pound of beef heart and a little shrimp and some spinach.

The details of the contents of Becadexamin are

Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Nicotinamide, D-Panthenol, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate, Potassium Iodide and Light Magnesium Oxide.

Is this safe for consumption by Discus? Please advise.

I have always used generic A-Zinc multi-vitamins in my beefheart, so your discus should be just fine with it.

How you guys do that? Just buy any brand of multi vitamins
And crushed into powder form?

I add vitamins to my bh and believe most of us do that. you can crush into power or soak in water which ever easy for you.
