That fish doesnt look stunted to me, it just looks like a regular juvenile you can get from the importers here for about $35, except you paid a lot more.

I have experience with the Better Business Bureau and I can tell you they wont be able to do anything. All they can do is send them a letter which will be ignored.

If you are asking me they are wild discus called Cuipeua which are a red based discus from the Alenquer region.
